At Matrix, all members of our firm play a significant role in contributing to the vision and success of the firm. Junior professionals are given a high level of responsibility and access to senior professionals and clients. Senior professionals are offered the unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a rapidly growing organization committed to the highest standards of quality, professionalism and integrity.

Associate
Matrix Associates are key members of our transaction teams, responsible for many aspects of each engagement. Our Associates are responsible for the production of marketing presentations, Confidential Information Memoranda, as well as management of the support activities conducted by Analysts and Analyst Interns. This includes financial modeling, valuation analysis, and industry and company research. Associates support and work closely with senior investment banking professionals in developing business prospects and executing transactions. Matrix Associates are expected to quickly assume key roles on transaction teams and are intimately involved in Matrix's business development initiatives.

Ideal Associate candidates should have prior investment banking experience at an Analyst or Associate level with a respected investment bank or financial services firm and an MBA from a top business school.
