Bruce is responsible for conducting financial, industry, and buyer research, creating valuation and financing models, and preparing selling and private placement memoranda. He joined Matrix in June of 2007 after graduating from the College of William and Mary with a B.B.A. in Economics and Finance with a concentration in accounting. While at William and Mary, Bruce was an active member of the Finance Academy, held several positions in his fraternity, Kappa Delta Rho, and played with several campus music groups. Bruce is also qualified as a Series 7, Series 63 and Series 79 FINRA General Securities Representative.
