Chris is responsible for conducting financial, industry, and buyer research, creating valuation and financing models, and preparing selling and private placement memoranda. He joined Matrix in December of 2004 after graduating from the College of William and Mary with a B.B.A. in Finance with a concentration in accounting and a minor in economics. During his time at William and Mary, Chris was a founding Officer of the Finance Academy.

Prior to William and Mary, Chris spent four years in the United States Marine Corps with the Fleet Anti-Terrorism Security Teams and the 2nd Marine Division. Chris is also qualified as a Series 7, Series 63 and Series 79 FINRA General Securities Representative.
