Matrix offers a Summer Associate program for first year MBA students interested in pursuing a career in investment banking. Summer Associates support Matrix deal teams with in-depth industry and company research, financial modeling and valuation. Our goal is for each Summer Associate to receive a comprehensive experience and broad exposure to a variety of investment-banking projects and have the opportunity to work with different professionals at all levels of the organization. As such, each Summer Associate is assigned an Associate and Vice President Mentor who are responsible for managing the Summer Associate's workload and ensuring the development of a solid foundation of investment banking knowledge and skills.

Candidates should be enrolled in a reputable MBA program and have a solid background in accounting and finance.
